When a trio of birds find their home destroyed by an unknown force, they recruit the help of a local cowgirl to help track down the culprit. With the help of a sassy horse and talking trees, the group embarks on a journey to save the forest.

Director’s Bio
Sam Lane is a fourth-year student at the California Institute of the Arts, studying Experimental Animation. Sam has worked in stop motion, hand-drawn, and VR formats. Her senior thesis will be a stop motion film, based on the Katy Perry vs. Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary convent conflict. Sam lives in Los Angeles.
