MUSIC RIGHTS IN FILMMAKING

An educational class presented by the Volunteer Lawyer of the Arts the daunting experience of securing permission for the use of music in film. This class will provide an overview of music copyrights, including ownership and fair use, and explain the basics of music clearances for the use of music in film.
Free for NSF filmmakers.
Fees for non-NSF filmmakers: $25 students, $35 all others.
